About Anned Ltd
Anned Ltd is a general builders company that serves West Cornwall. We cover all types of works from changing a light bulb to building extensions, repairing garden fences to reroofing a house. We have 5 main clients who have 1200+ rental properties between them and we fully understand the issues that can come with a property rental. We work closely with the property owner and/or agent to ensure a smooth and stress free works completion. We also give priority to properties needing a fast turnaround, from a deep clean to a full renovation.
The company director (Tim) has worked many years in the property maintenance sector in the south of Ireland where he grew up. His family are from Cornwall and when he finally settled here, he entered the same line of business and quickly gained a reputation for fair prices and honest works. Being a landlord himself, he understands the need to keep costs as low as possible while ensuring the work is to a high standard and completed quickly. He has gained an excellent crew of workers who help him maintain those standards.
